· Executive Search / Placement

To support clients to recruit very senior to senior and middle management positions which require highly specific skills from specialized industry where the talent pool is scarce.

The process will involve intensive discussion about our client’s needs, get to know the organisation, culture, business goals and position requirements before the actual recruitment begins.

As part of the selection process, besides interviewing and presenting assessment reports for the client’s consideration, we will also conduct extensive background checks (where permitted by the local laws) on the successful candidate. This step is to verify the incumbent’s qualification and career accomplishments to ensure the client gets his value’s worth. As a follow-up we will continue to interact with the client and the successful candidate until the latter is fully assimilated into the company’s culture.

· HR Consulting

Our HR consulting service evolves around a variety of HR processes starting from HR System audit, creating an employee’s handbook, formulating HR policies, reviewing existing policies, compensation & benefits study and recommendations, administer performance management, Union relations and Collective Agreement bargaining.

We are also capable of assisting clients to organize a HR Organisation from scratch and/or providing HR consulting on a retainer basis to Clients who do not wish to organize a full-fledge HR team on site.
